Russian visa for cruise passengers or so-called tour ticket or blanket visa allows you to cruise passengers only to spend 3 days in St Petersburg without applying for a regular visa. You will be able to pass the customs without any documents except your valid passport, a migration card that you will be given onboard and a tour ticket.

Passengers not participating on tours and wishing to disembark on their own will need to obtain a Russian tourist visa.

2) Date of arrival in St. Petersburg
3) First and last names
4) Date of birth
5) Passport number
6) Nationality

The price of a tour ticket is 25 euros per person. Includes permission to disembark + permission to enter the port in private transport.

You need to apply at the Russian consulate. You can either do it by yourself or through a local travel agency.

The meeting point is inside the passenger terminal. Your guide will be waiting for you and holding a sign with your name.
